Text Box: On Saturday morning the members of the St. Vincent Paul Society will be offering their monthly Open Pantry. Number distribution will begin at 9:00 and food will be distributed at 9:30 a.m.  Please call Dawn Gorman at 646-2782 if you would like to help.

Text Box: Tuesday, November 11th is  Veteran’s Day. On this special holiday we honor all of our military men and women. May God bless them for their service to our country. There will be one Mass at 8:00 and the parish office will be closed.

Text Box: Homeless Shelter Begins December 2nd The Homeless Shelter will be opening in our parish on Tuesday, December 2nd. Daniel Hedrick has offered to coordinate the shelter this year and he is looking for people who would like to be part of this outreach ministry. Because we have lost key people who were active in the shelter in past years, Daniel is looking for volunteers. The need is for people who can greet our guests, be overnight hosts, coordinate the food service, Small Groups of Faith to take a turn with the evening meal or someone to help with the laundering of the linen. Text Box: Parish Thanksgiving Dinner Preparations for our parish Thanksgiving Dinner are underway and we could use some help. Reservations, donations, and volunteers are all needed. If you can come to our aid in any way, please let us know. Next weekend there will be a form in the bulletin that you can fill out and give to us after Mass or put in the collection basket. Text Box: Bereavement Ministry Meeting On Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. Bereavement Ministry members will gather for prayer and a business meeting. The Mass of Remembrance last Sunday will be one of the items on the agenda, new members are always welcome.
